8.2 Financial transaction records and identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
8.3 Technical and gameplay data not subject to specific retention requirements is deleted or anonymised after a period not exceeding two (2) years from the date of collection.
8.4 Where you exercise your right to erasure (see Section 11), beta48 will delete or anonymise your Personal Data to the extent not required by law or regulatory obligation to be retained.
