6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Beta48 reserves the right to request documentary verification (government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method) prior to processing any withdrawal.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Beta48 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as published on the Platform. Beta48 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours, but does not guarantee this timeframe.
6.4 Any portion of your Account Balance comprising Bonus Funds that has not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.
6.5 Beta48 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
7.1 Beta48 offers promotional bonuses and offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements, which are published alongside each offer.
7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before a withdrawal of any associated winnings can be made.
7.3 Beta48 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, beta48 will use reasonable endeavours to honour any promotional benefit already credited to Members prior to the cancellation.
7.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, use of automated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or collusion between players to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
7.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
